The Porsche Centre Winterthur was going through the process of updating to the Destination Porsche standard when the idea of a signature topic installation was introduced by Porsche Schweiz AG.
The brief: to develop a unique installation, making use of the central staircase at the heart of the location. COORDINATION designed a dynamic floating sculpture made of original factory fresh parts of a Porsche 992 (2) C4 GTS.
It was test-assembled and installed by the local locksmith Walter Rohrer and lacquered locally as part of the AMAG trainee programme.
With a total weight of only 27.31 kg, it shows how far you can reduce while still unmistakably transporting the iconic spirit of a Porsche 911.
